Why should I get involved in an ABF?
Country Oaks is a pretty big church and it is all too easy to stay anonymous or get “lost in the crowd.” Getting involved in a smaller group, like a Sunday morning Adult Bible Fellowship or a weekly Community Group or Bible Study will give you the opportunity to get to know others and will give others a chance to get to know you! You’ll be studying God’s Word as you develop meaningful relationships with others.
How do I choose the Sunday Morning Group that’s right for me?
It’s easy! Find the group where you feel you’ll best fit in for now. Currently our classes are based on age, but we are growing. We can always add new groups to meet the needs of Country Oaks’ people.
When and Where Do the Sunday Morning Fellowship Groups meet ?
Currently we meet Sunday mornings during the 9am worship service. We gather out back, behind the main building in the 200 and 300 buildings. There we’ll enjoy an hour of God’s Word, fellowship, food and coffee together.
Please join us!
Our ABFs help the body of Christ at COBC intentionally develop more meaningful relationships with Christ and with each other as we study the Word together. Our goal is to see every member of the COBC family plugged in and growing with a small group, whether it’s an ABF, Community Group, or a Bible study. Let us know how we can help you get involved in the COBC community. Call the Church Office at 822-1379 and ask for Craig.
